You may use this website to explore services, submit an event design request, review a proposal, and view booking progress. You agree to provide accurate information and not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

Design requests are not reservations

Submitting a request starts a creative review and does not confirm a booking or reserve a date. An event becomes reserved only after you receive and accept a proposal, complete the required agreement, and pay the stated deposit.

Proposals, payments, and changes

Final scope, pricing, deposit requirements, cancellation terms, rescheduling rules, venue access, weather planning, rental responsibility, and other event-specific terms are provided in your proposal or agreement. Those accepted event documents control if they differ from these general website terms.

Customer accounts

The customer portal is for the verified email associated with a booking. You are responsible for protecting access to your email and Google account and for signing out on shared devices. You may not access another customer’s booking or the owner dashboard.

Photos and content

You confirm that you have permission to upload inspiration photos and other materials submitted with a request. They are used to understand and prepare your event design and remain subject to applicable intellectual-property rights.

Availability and updates

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. We may update these terms as the services or website change. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
