Information we collect

When you request an event or use the customer portal, we may collect your name, verified email address, phone number, event and venue details, design preferences, and inspiration photos. Payment information is processed by Stripe and is not stored directly by Glimpses of Grace Events.

How we use it

We use this information to review requests, prepare proposals, coordinate events, provide progress updates, process payments, send service-related emails, and protect customer and owner accounts.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to operate the booking experience, including Supabase for authentication, Stripe for payments, Resend for service emails, and cloud hosting and storage providers for the website, booking records, and customer uploads. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with service providers or when required by law. We retain booking information only as long as reasonably needed for event services, business records, security, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information, subject to records we must keep for legal or business reasons. You can also choose not to upload inspiration photos and may sign out of the customer portal at any time.
